1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines acceptable practices for using the Zoto Dialer platform. By using any part of Zoto Dialer’s services, you agree to comply with this AUP, all applicable laws, and our Terms of Service. Violations may result in account suspension or termination, legal action, and/or regulatory reporting.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Zoto Dialer to:

• Violate any law (federal, state, local, or international)

• Send robocalls or SMS without consent

• Call individuals on Do Not Call registries

• Spoof or falsify caller ID information

• Impersonate individuals or businesses

• Threaten, harass, or defraud recipients

• Spread misinformation or false advertising

• Transmit content that infringes intellectual property

• Engage in phishing, scamming, or data harvesting

• Access or interfere with other systems or accounts

3. Consent and Compliance
All calls or messages placed using Zoto Dialer must comply with:

• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

• CAN-SPAM Act

• Truth in Caller ID Act

• FCC guidelines

• Any relevant state-specific regulations

You are solely responsible for maintaining records of prior express written consent where required.
4. Caller ID Accuracy
Users must not misrepresent caller identity. All outbound traffic must display a valid, accurate phone number that belongs to the user or business account holder.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
Zoto Dialer reserves the right to:

• Monitor usage to detect violations

• Suspend or terminate violators without notice

• Report abuse to regulatory bodies or traceback groups (e.g., ITG)

• Cooperate with subpoenas and legal authorities
